That means that we manage council properties, repairs, maintenance, collect rent and strive for a high level of customer satisfaction for these properties.

The Together Housing Group is the organisation leading the Pendleton Together consortium and is overseeing the project.
It took over the day-to-day management of homes that are owned by Salford City Council and were previously managed by Salix Homes.

The University of Salford is the project's research partner, and their findings have been invaluable in helping the partnership deliver meaningful and real change both in Salford, but also across the country, especially in terms of energy, sustainable regeneration and digital inclusion.
