Looking for a new home in Salford?
Work will start in the summer on 42 new homes on the plot, just off Greythorpe Walk in Pendleton, as part of the £650m Pendleton Together project that is currently transforming the area.
The Kingsley scheme, which will be available for affordable rent, consists of six four-bed/ three-storey houses, 28 three-bed/two-storey houses and 18 two-bed/four-person two-storey houses.
They are all a traditional brick built to Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and are either detached, semi-detached or town houses with secure rear gardens and dedicated parking either within the boundary or on-street.
The development will compliment the new developments at Amersham, the South Clarendon park and play area, and is expected to be completed on site by October 2017.
