Pendleton One show home opens its doors

THE doors have now opened to the first of 1,600 new homes set to be built in Pendleton – marking a new era for the area and its transformation into a modern, urban community.
Hazel Blears, MP for Salford, officially opened The Dalton show home on Friday 7th February – the first new home to be built for sale in Pendleton for a number of years.
The fully furnished, three bedroom show home is the first of 293 homes that will be developed at Pendleton One – the first phase of new build development for Pendleton Together, a £650 million regeneration scheme.
The Liverpool Street site includes a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom homes – 183 for sale and 110 available for rent. There is a home for everyone, from a first time buyer to a growing family.
People interested in buying one of the 183 new homes for saleat Pendleton One can visit the show home to view the layout, stylish interior, including modern kitchen and bathroom suites, and contemporary décor.
Buyers can choose from seven different property types and the competitively priced properties start at £87,995 for a one bedroom apartment. The government’s Help to Buy1 initiative is also available.
Interest is growing and a number of people have already expressed desire to buy here. The first buyers are expected to move in very soon.

Pendleton One is part of Pendleton Together, a £650 million government-backed regeneration scheme. The Pendleton Together consortium is being led by social landlord Together Housing Group with regeneration specialist Keepmoat and in partnership with Salford City Council.Keepmoat is building the new homes.
The transformation of the area also includes the refurbishment 1,250 existing council-owned properties, which are managed by Together Housing Group, and dynamic changes across the community to include new parks, open spaces, road and path networks and community facilities.
