Customer Inspectors

Customer Inspectors play an important role in helping us keep an eye on cleaning, grounds maintenance and customer service.  We are always looking for more Inspectors and provide training and support for any customers who want to get involved.

How it works

We ask our Inspectors to complete a scoring sheet every once a month marking the levels of cleaning, maintenance and customer service depending on the type of inspection.

We train customers in what to look for and how to assess whether the work is up to standard.

We currently have around 30 Inspectors from different age ranges and types of properties.

How the Inspectors make a difference

  • We get regular, accurate information, which goes directly to the people responsible for the work.

  • Customer’s opinions are listened to and recommendations acted upon.

  • A closer relationship is built between us and our customers.

How to get involved

We are always on the lookout for more Customer Inspectors.  If you have an hour a month to spare we would love to hear from you.
