New Service Standards (1)
Working with staff and residents from across the Group, we have developed and agreed a core set of Service Standards.
They set out what you can expect from our services, and in some cases, what we might expect from you. We now have a consistent approach so that we are all working the same way.
A Group-wide session was held at Holmfield Mill Training and Development Centre for residents to work with senior staff and Resident Involvement Officers in reviewing existing Standards and creating new ones.
