Rant and Rave repairs feedback

The feedback we receive from residents through the Rant and Rave platform is proving really effective in providing us with real time information about your customer service experience. Thank you for all your feedback so far.

Due to the success of Rant and Rave we will now be using the service to get your feedback on our repairs service too. That means that if you book in a repair, once this has been carried out you will receive a text message asking you to score your satisfaction and provide a little more detail on your experience. These text messages will replace the usual phone calls we make to you monthly if you have had a repair. The new process will begin from 1st December 2017.

We are asking you for feedback so that we can continuously improve our services and ensure you receive the best! Thank you in advance for your valuable feedback.
