Holm Court / Plane Court residents – please be aware that work will be commencing on Monday 25th January which will involve the closure of the gable end to Holm Court facing Brotherton House.  This will be between the hours of 8am and 5pm and will be for 1 week

From 25th January, for 3 weeks – 2 parking spaces will be required on Holm Court car park at different intervals.  Please see the diagram on the notice board for details of which spaces will be required

Beech court residents, please be aware that  during the week commencing 14th December it will be necessary to close pedestrian access to the gable end facing Belvedere Road between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

Please be advised that a small welfare facility for contractors is being established in The Square from 19/08/20.  This will be located as far away from the blocks as possible -this will be in the fenced area next to Salix / opposite Whitebeam.  This will not affect car parking.
